Jennifer Doak recently received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut in English and Political Science. Jennifer wrote an undergraduate thesis titled, "The New Jungle: Social Literature and its Effect on Modern Politics."
She said she is not certain yet what direction her CCT studies will take her, but that she thinks she will focus on cultural studies, rhetoric, politics and perhaps even comedy.
"I'm interested in almost everything, and I've not yet sated my appetite for academics. CCT accommodated both of these conditions, and so I decided it was worth living a few more years as a poor college student," she said.
