Thesis: E-Learning Adoption: Three Case-Studies On E-Learning's Impact On Corporate Learning Strategy

Biography: Francesca Prandstraller came to live in DC with her two daughters when her husband re-located for his managerial career. “I loved living in the States and I loved attending Georgetown where I focused my studies on e-learning and storytelling.” Francesca returned to Italy after earning her degree in 2003 and resumed work at the University in Milan (Bicocca and Bocconi ). Having now settled down in Milan, she is consulting and wrote a successful book on expatriate women. Francesca also has a degree in philosphy and a Masters in Business Organization in Italy, and worked in the HR field as a consultant and adjunct professor at the University of Padua and Venice for more than 10 years.
