Kasia Podbielski - My interests fall mostly into the Media and Politics cluster with a specific interest in Cultural Diplomacy. I am coming from an International Political Economy background.
Hazal Yolga - Interest areas: Cultural Studies, Technology and Society, and Issues in Globalization
Francesca Tripodi - Interest areas: Corporate Social Responsibility, Gender Studies, Strategic Planning, and International Studies. I'm a part-time CCT student and was recently accepted into the IBD Program. I highly recommend it for those thinking about doing it. I want to write my thesis on how advancements in Information Communication Technology affect gender equality in developing countries.
Juliette Arnaud - Interest areas: Technology and Society and Media and Politics
Hope Huynh - I am interested in studying Children and Media - especially the use of educational media. I am working in Professor Rachel Barr's Early Learning Lab on campus researching the effects of media on very young children. I also plan on studying issues in technology and society and in cultural studies. I hope to work in children's media consulting in the future.
Hannah Webster - I most identify with the cultural studies cluster, though I have interest in media and politics as well. This semester I am taking Theory of the Text and Serious Games. Next semester I'm thinking about Film Theory, Cultural Politics of Television, Sexuality, Gender and the Body and Language and Politics.
