Thesis: Finding Agreement in Multi-Lateral Environmental Negotiations: Using Tactics to Break Impasse in the Biosafety Protocol

Biography:

As a part-time student, James split his time between taking classes and working a full-time job on Capitol Hill. "Although the work-load is challenging, it is extremely interesting to learn in both an academic setting as well as a work setting," he said.

James' main area of study and interest is negotiation theory. "With CCT's focus on technology, I am able to explore how advances in communication are changing negotiation strategies used by both international businesses and countries."
