Theresa Mencarini graduated from Georgetown University's Masters of Communication, Culture & Technology program in May 2009. Her studies in the program focused on technology, business, product development and marketing and advertising public policy. Her interest in strategic communications led her to many marketing and public relations internships while pursuing her degree.

Ms. Mencarini is currently an Online Account Executive at APCO Worldwide an award-winning, independently owned global communication consultancy headquartered in Washington, D.C..

Theresa Mencarini graduated from Elon University with a bachelor degree in Communications and business minor. She concentrated on strategic communications, research and digital arts. She also studied Public Relations and Journalism at The George Washington University.
