gnovis is an online academic journal and blog that cultivates new ways of seeing and understanding culture through critical inquiry. gnovis presents work by graduate students pioneering interdisciplinary perspectives on issues in technology, media, politics, and the arts. Through its online platform, gnovis allows individuals to present their work as both academic papers and multimedia projects. The journal issues are published two to three times a year, during each Fall and Spring semester and special issues topic issues in the summer, while the blog offers a daily platform to discussion and reflection on how acadmeic theories relate to current events.
