11:00 AM- 4:00 PM: CCT Maker Exhibition
Healey Family Student Center (Social Room and Herman Room)
CCTers Past and Present show off projects, objects, professional work and artistic performances inspired by their interdisciplinary study at CCT.

5:00 PM- 7:oo PM: Anniversay Happy Hour
Healey Family Student Center (Social Room)
Drinks and mingling among the CCT Maker exhibits.

Saturday, February 25, 2017

8:00 AM- 9:30 AM: CCT RoadRunners 5K and post-run meet up at Dog Tag Bakery

10:00 AM- 12:oo PM: Presentation Showcase: 20 Years of Communication, Culture, and Technology
Copley Formal Lounge
10 minute presentations from alums, faculty, and students on CCT issues of today and/or what’s changed since 1996.

12:00 PM- 1:30 PM: Celebratory Lunch
Copley Formal Lounge

1:30 PM- 2:00 PM: Campus Tour
Current CCTers will point out new campus buildings on the walk to the Car Barn.

2:00 PM- 5:00 PM: Mentor Sessions
Car Barn 2nd Floor Classrooms
Mentors meet mentees in small groups during designated time slots.

7:00 PM- 10:00 PM: Anniversary Dinner (with pre-dinner drinks)
Georgetown University Conference Center Ballroom
Let’s toast CCT’s 20th birthday and the next 20 years!

Accompaniments:

– Program Book: See CCT memories and developments throughout the years on display in our “20-yearbook”! This book, which will be edited by Elaine Mensah (CCT ’03) and compiled by a team of alums and students, will contain items contributed by CCTers, both past and present!

– Swag bag: Everybody loves swag and at CCT it’s never in short supply! Each attendee will receive a special assortment of items from CCTer-businesses.

– Video & photos: This will be an event to remember! Thanks to teams of alums and students, all the weekend’s fun will be well-documented!

Do you have a band/play/performance in the DC-area during or following the Anniversary weekend? Let us know and we’ll publicize your event during the Anniversary!

CCT is best described by a diversity of voices and viewpoints. Tell your “CCT story” by submitting a short (2-3 minute) video to feature on our website and at the Anniversary!

CCT has a block of rooms reserved at the Georgetown University Hotel & Conference Center (new window) on campus. Mention “CCT 20th Anniversary” when reserving for the CCT group rate: $149/night Thursday, February 23 – Saturday, February 25.
