Meet Khadija, G’25
” People are always willing to take time out to grab a coffee or dinner together, and it has turned classes into really welcoming environments.”

Khadija Mian
Academic Background: BA in Psychology and International Relations.
Area of focus in CCT: Digital divide, Accessibility.
What did you do before CCT? I was an undergraduate student at the University of St Andrews.
What activities do you participate in at CCT? I primarily focus on classes, but I do enjoy joining in on activities / events happening in the lounge.
Why did you choose CCT? This was the graduate degree that encapsulated everything I wanted to pursue – it was interdisciplinary, relevant to current societal problems, and self-driven in terms of class choices and degree pathway.
What surprised you about CCT? What surprised me most was the closeness of the CCT student community. People are always willing to take time out to grab a coffee or dinner together, and it has turned classes into really welcoming environments.
