What did you do before CCT? I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2023 and took a year off to work in in public affairs and data analytics before coming to CCT!
What activities do you participate in at CCT? I currently work as a Graduate Associate for CNDLS under the CCT-CNDLS Fellowship, where I support the Communications and Web Development team with writing and content creation. I am also pursuing independent research on civic engagement and elections with Professor Diana Owen.
Why did you choose CCT? CCT offers an interdisciplinary approach that perfectly aligns with my interests in media, politics, and emerging technologies. The flexibility of the curriculum allows me to explore my specific research interests while also providing a space to dive into the topics that I have less of a background in.
What surprised you about CCT? The diversity of both the academic backgrounds and research interests of my classmates! It’s so exciting to hear from a variety of perspectives, and CCT provides a great environment for collaboration and innovation.
