Startup tech hub 1776 , home of 200 DC-based startups in the energy, cities, health, and education spaces, published an article by CCT rising second-year Pamela Kaye. Part of her recent media and PR blitz, this article describes a project that her company, Stories Incorporated, produced for The Motley Fool — in relation to her former experience in education.
Stories Incorporated describes itself as a culturography company — studying, archiving, and celebrating great organizational cultures and telling their stories interactively — and its products are typically used by organizations for employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, and posterity. This project was with The Motley Fool, a financial services company based out of Alexandria, VA, who regularly wins awards for their outstanding culture and for being a great place to work. Stories Incorporated turned The Motley Fool’s employee handbook, The Fool Rules , into an interactive website filled with policies explained through constellations, embedded videos, comic strips of employee stories, and a jigsaw puzzle.
