Startup tech hub 1776 (new window), home of 200 DC-based startups in the energy, cities, health, and education spaces, published an article (new window) by CCT rising second-year Pamela Kaye. Part of her recent media and PR blitz, this article describes a project that her company, Stories Incorporated, (new window) produced for The Motley Fool — in relation to her former experience in education.

Stories Incorporated describes itself as a culturography company — studying, archiving, and celebrating great organizational cultures and telling their stories interactively — and its products are typically used by organizations for employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, and posterity. This project was with The Motley Fool, a financial services company based out of Alexandria, VA, who regularly wins awards for their outstanding culture and for being a great place to work. Stories Incorporated turned The Motley Fool’s employee handbook, The Fool Rules (new window), into an interactive website filled with policies explained through constellations, embedded videos, comic strips of employee stories, and a jigsaw puzzle.
