CCT Second-Year Student, Handan Uslu, Wins the American-Turkish Association's Young Achiever Award
Designed to celebrate the 50th year of the American-Turkish Association of Washington DC , outstanding members of the community were awarded. Chosen by public vote, Handan Uslu, CCT 15′ received a “Young Achiever Award.” Handan contributed to the American-Turkish community by establishing a partnership with Georgetown University’s Communication, Culture & Technology program and ATA-DC. She is also winner of the Global Generations Grant, awarded by the Georgetown International Relations Associations, founder of the Association for Collective Empowerment, and winner of the Illuminate DC Video Award.
