CCT Second-Year Student, Handan Uslu, Wins the American-Turkish Association's Young Achiever Award

Designed to celebrate the 50th year of the American-Turkish Association of Washington, DC, outstanding members of the community were awarded. Chosen by public vote, Handan Uslu, CCT 15′, received a “Young Achiever Award.” Handan contributed to the American-Turkish community by establishing a partnership with Georgetown University’s Communication, Culture & Technology program and ATA-DC. She is also a winner of the Global Generations Grant, awarded by the Georgetown International Relations Association; founder of the Association for Collective Empowerment; and winner of the Illuminate DC Video Award.
