The Communication, Culture & Technology (CCT) program announces a leadership transition as Director Dr. Jeanine Turner concludes her three-year term.

During her tenure as Faculty Director from 2023 to 2026, Dr. Turner guided the program through a period of significant change in higher education and technology while maintaining a strong focus on community and student engagement.

Reflecting on CCT, Dr. Turner highlighted the enduring strength of the CCT community: “Over the last three decades of CCT, the common denominator and incredible strength of the program has been our engaged and thoughtful students and alumni. They are the heart and soul of CCT. Their curiosity and enthusiasm about embracing uncertainty are at the core of graduate education.”

Her leadership consistently centered on supporting students as they explored their academic and professional interests at the intersection of communication, culture, and technology.

As she concludes her term, Dr. Turner will return to teaching and research. “I am proud to have served the CCT community as Director, and I am excited to continue to contribute,” she shared. The program extends its gratitude for her leadership and impact.

Dr. Meg Leta Jones will assume the role vacancy, with a full introduction to come.
