Dr. Amy Zalman speaks at the National Defense University
CCT Adjunct Professor Amy Zalman delivered an address as part of the National Defense University President’s Lecture Series on November 7th. Her lecture, “Knowledge and Ignorance in the Black Swan Age” explored the demand that leaders have advance knowledge of risk in uncertain and complex systems. Previous addresses in this series have been delivered by Secretary of Defense James Mattis, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joseph Dunford, and Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Neil Gorsuch. The address was attended by all of the current students of the University, foreign officers and senior members of the university administration.
