CCT Alumnus Felipe Custer, a social entrepreneur with an international background, is featured in February’s issue of Poder Magazine. The article, published in Spanish, discusses the role of happiness in business prosperity. Custer emphasizes the importance of happiness for employee retention and productivity, stating “the happiest employee is 50% more productive than his discontented colleagues” (translation).
