Apprenticeship in Teaching Programs
Students looking to a future academic position may wish to consider the Apprenticeship in Teaching program offered by Georgetown’s Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS). The program is designed to prepare graduate students for teaching responsibilities through pedagogy workshops and mentorships with faculty and CNDLS professional teaching staff.
Skills Workshops
Communication, Culture & Technology Program students may select from an extensive range of workshops offered at the Maker Hub in Lauinger Library. With their Georgetown login, students also enjoy free access to LinkedIn Learning online design and multimedia classes. Communication, Culture & Technology students can also participate in the Car Barn Academy, a series of workshops led by students for students that allows students to share and develop marketable skills.
