CCT ’07 Alumna Ashley Anderson Accepts Tenure-Track Faculty Position at Colorado State University

Ashley Anderson, a CCT alumna who graduated in 2007, has recently accepted a position at Colorado State University. She will be Assistant Professor of Science and Technology Communication in the Department of Journalism and Technical Communication.

In 2012, Anderson completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Life Sciences Communication at the University of Wisconsin. Anderson’s research relates to communication technology, public opinion and deliberation, and issues of science and emerging technology. Her work has been published in International Journal of Public Opinion Research, Journal of Nanoparticle Research, Materials Today, Nano Today, New Media & Society, Public Understanding of Science, and Social Science Quarterly.

Anderson is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Center for Climate Change Communication at George Mason University.
