CCT Student and CNDLS Staff Present at Educause Learning Initiative Conference in New Orleans

2nd-year CCT student and CNDLS associate, Lucas Regner and colleagues presented at Educause Learning Initiative Annual Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana, on February 5 2014. The session, titled “Faculty and Students Working Beyond the Classroom: Flipped Knowledge Production,” was well attended and broadcasted live to an online audience. With CNDLS co-workers Susan Pennestri (M.A., Instructional Technologist) and Janet Russell (PhD, Director for Science Programs & Technology Enhanced Learning), the team showcased the workflow they’ve developed, using technology to facilitate the shift from offline to online teaching. 

This was the first of two conferences that Lucas will present at regarding this particular research project, with the second one taking place in May in Anchorage, Alaska.
